Janine Amado is a licensed Realtor Associate and the newest addition to the Genid Group Team.

Janine grew up in Bergen County, NJ, about 15 minutes away from NYC. She loved growing up there because of the easy access to NYC and admiring its beauty from the outside while having the Jersey Shore beaches about 1.5 hours away, where she spent summers with her family. She's well familiar with North and Central Jersey. For education, she stayed local and went to Montclair State University. She's worked in sales and hospitality for her entire adult career. Janine loves meeting and working with new people on a day-to-day basis, and given her background in sales and hospitality, she learned to quickly adapt to her surroundings, effectively problem-solve, and serve clients to the best of their needs.

She grew up in a multi-family home and watched her parents as landlords and also had the pleasure of making tenants into family. She always had an interest in learning about real estate as it’s something that every single person must walk through at some point in their life. Whether one is renting, buying, or selling, it is a vulnerable time and part of her job is to help alleviate those pressures. She loves to build relationships and allow clients to build one with her.

Her main goal in her real estate career is to continuously learn. Every day, every transaction is something different and the industry is constantly changing with home decor styles, booming cities, and industry standards. She also wanted to make a difference in her clients’ lives by getting them the home of their dreams, their first-time investment home, or finding the right apartment for their new chapter.
