Princess was born and raised in New Jersey to parents of Peruvian descent. She holds an associate degree in applied science, is a certified paralegal, and is also a New Jersey notary. With over five years of experience working in real estate, family law, and wills and trusts, she built a strong foundation in legal processes before transitioning into real estate. Princess is a 38-year-old widow and devoted mother of five boys—ages 3, 5, 12, 16, and 18—one of whom has special needs. Her connection to the special needs community in Oakland, NJ, where her son attends school, has shaped her compassion, resilience, and commitment to serving others.

Before entering real estate, Princess worked as a paralegal, but her late husband—who was also a Realtor—inspired her to pursue a career that offered flexibility and purpose. She starts every day in the gym at 5 a.m., staying grounded and focused through discipline and self-care, currently training at Powerhouse Gym in Saddle Brook, NJ

In her real estate career, Princess is driven by a powerful goal: to purchase a home and build a portfolio of investment properties that will secure long-term financial stability for her children, especially her special needs son.
